Sandaloot – The Spring Shoe Fashion 2013 novelty – Spring 2013 Fashion Week

The sandaloot is a a combination of sandal and boot, but it’s really neither. Sandaloots were shown on several runways  during the spring and summer fashion week 2013. It was not received with the same enthusiasm by everybody, some think it’s a bit too crazy to be worn. Joseph Altuzarra, Alexander Wang and Versace as well as few other fashion designers showed different models of sandaloots. Will be interesting to see if they are worn by the ‘women of the street’ too. As they look really grand on a pair of nice long legs, my guess is: Yes, this is a new fashion trend!
